Öğrenim Hedefleri

Katılımcılar, histeroskopi ve laparoskopi uygulamak için temel bilgileri edineceklerdir. GESEA öğrenim hedeflerinin her birine ait egzersiz ve görevler, kursiyerlerin, hem histeroskopi hem de laparoskopide bir sonraki daha ileri düzey endoskopik cerrahi tekniklerini yerine getirebilmeleri için ön koşuldur. El becerileri, aletlerin kullanımı, çeviklik ergonomi ve egzersiz hassasiyeti kursiyerlerin bu eğitim sürecinde geliştirmeleri beklenen birçok önemli beceriden sadece birkaçıdır.

Exercise 1: camera navigation

Exercise 2: hand-eye coordination

15:00 Suturing Course

  • Basic loading techniques (loading the needle 90° angle);
  • Stitching in the perfect stitch line with dominant hand;
  • Loading the needle for open angle (two techniques);
  • Stitching in the central line with dominant hand;
  • Intra-corporeal knotting techniques (Gladiator Technique) 16:30 Coffee Break

Suturing and knot tying Training and Testing: five stitches in the central line and one intracorporeal knot.
